Speaking & Workshop Programs

Practical tools for making everyday overwhelm visible and manageable.

Kaydele Shropshire translates useful ideas traditionally used to manage complex work into ordinary language for ordinary life, through stories, humor, memorable examples, and audience participation.

Featured Beginner Program

Agilistik: Book One - The Foundations

A four-week workshop designed to make participants operational, not expert.

Across four weekly sessions, participants learn to capture the competing pieces of ordinary life, make progress visible, understand whether work is truly ready to begin, and establish a simple reflection-and-planning rhythm they can continue without the facilitator.

Week 1 • SEE IT

The Planning Game

Make life visible. Capture ordinary life through TO PAY, TO GO, TO BUY, and TO DO, give everyone a voice, and begin choosing what deserves attention now.

Week 2 • MOVE IT

One Thing at a Time

Replace one giant unfinished list with individual cards that can move through TO START, IN PROGRESS, BLOCKED, and DONE.

Week 3 • UNDERSTAND IT

Two Paths Diverged on the Board

Learn why different types of work take different paths and how money, time, information, resources, and dependencies affect what is actually ready to start.

Week 4 • ADAPT IT

Closing the Chapter

Introduce the Coffee Pot Chat, celebrate progress, reflect on what changed, and leave with a rhythm participants can continue independently.

Four weekly sessions • Approximately 60 minutes each • Small-group and interactive • Real-life application between sessions
Standalone Presentations

Start with one useful idea.

The first three Book One teaching sessions can also be adapted as focused 45–60 minute in-person presentations.

The Planning Game

Make life visible.

Learn a simple way to get obligations, ideas, needs, wants, appointments, and unfinished work out of the head and into a form people can actually work with.

One Thing at a Time

A list tells you what exists. A storyboard tells you what's happening.

Make progress visible, recognize blockers, and give unexpected plot twists a place instead of simply adding another line to a crowded list.

Two Paths Diverged on the Board

Not everything gets to DONE the same way.

Explore how money, time, resources, information, and dependencies affect what is actually ready to begin.
